Prime members are billed monthly automatically using the credit card securely saved in their account.

How do I pay for Prime?

When registering for Prime you will be required to save a credit card to your account. This information is NOT saved on the server or website, rather it is securely saved by our credit card service provider Chase. This saved credit card will be automatically billed monthly.

When am I charged?

We will charge the card on file every month on the day you initially registered. So if you signed up on the 15th of the month, you will be charged every month on the 15th.

If you add your Prime membership while ordering a photo shoot you will be immediately charged your Prime membership fee. Your photo shoot will be charged normally separately. So please expect 2 different charges on your credit card statement. Also note that your printable invoice for that order will include both charges.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you are able to cancel you membership at any time. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of your monthly billing cycle. Please note that there may be a $200 reactivation fee should you want to join Prime again.

Can I pay in advance?

Not at this time. We will charge monthly.

Is there are square footage charge for each order?

Any listing under 3,000 sqft will include all Prime products for free if the Prime memberships is active. If you have a listing over 3,000 sqft, there is a $25 charge per additional 1000 sqft. This is because the photo shoot and the editing takes longer on larger homes.
