It’s now a fact: Buyers and Sellers want video. According to a recent Google/NAR study, an overwhelming 85% of buyers and sellers want to work with an agent who uses video marketing. Furthermore, homes listed with video get four times the inquiries of those listed without video 1. In addition to Fusion Photography, a high-quality video solution has become a vital and integral part of the marketing strategy for every home, regardless of price or size.
We offer high-quality professional solutions to suit all listing types and prices: introducing our MoVI Walkthrough Video service. With MoVI Video, one videographer captures the entire listing and delivers stunning results. At a price suited to any budget.
HomeVisit embeds each MOVI Video directly into your Virtual Tour – so Buyers can experience your carefully edited presentation everywhere the Tour goes – MRIS, Realtor.com, your Broker site, your own web site and many more.
Movi Cinema Robot is a three-axis gyro-stabilized camera gimble. That's a really fancy way of saying: it's a perfectly stable platform to take amazing video footage. Utilizing an iPhone to capture state-of-the-art 4K video, this device can execute shots that would normally require a small crew - including side-to-side slider movements, lifts, floating room entries and many more.
All HomeVisit video solutions include frame-by-frame editing in professional level software with music, transitions, captions, animated intro screens and optional voice over, as well as integration of the final cut into your HomeVisit Virtual Tour. Nothing captures buyer interest like compelling video. The perfect way to promote your listings on social media!
How long will it take to capture my listing with MoVI Walkthrough video? Appointment time is based on square footage of the home, but sessions are generally 2-4 hours in length. The larger your home, the longer it will take shoot, but one can plan 1/2 hour for every 1,000 sf.
The post-production and editing process generally takes 3-5 days from the date the property is filmed. You will have the chance to approve or make changes to the first cut of your Property Video. Once approved, the Video is automatically linked to your Virtual Tour, as well as uploaded to Vimeo.

HomeVisit also automatically uploads the Property Video to the leading internet video platform Vimeo. HomeVisit can also provide a url for you to custom embed the Property Video directly into any site of your choosing.
You can supply a voice over track to be added as part of the editing process at no charge. Alternatively, you can supply a written text overview to be recorded by a professional voice service at $90 / minute.

Here you will have the opportunity to communicate with our Post Production Video staff. Simply respond to the email with any changes to the video that you would like to see and you will be emailed a new draft within 24 hours. If you would like an embed code to post the video onto your agent website, feel free to request that at the time of approval.
