Fusion Photographer

HomeVisit is seeking to expand it's team of digital photographers to cover all areas of the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland Suburbs and Baltimore. Options include full time or part time work as well as seasonal work. The Photographer takes HomeVisit multi-photo fusion photographs of homes listed for sale by our real estate agent customers.

Job Duties

  • Shoot anywhere from 3 to 6 properties per day.
  • Deliver consistently excellent images up to HomeVisit standards.
  • Process images on computer and upload to HomeVisit servers.
  • Additional opportunities and pay are available for shooting night photography, weekends and learning video shooting and 3D floor plan scanning.

Requirements

  • Very good photography skills and applied photographic knowledge.
  • Professional experience providing photography to customers.
  • Professional equipment: full frame DSLR (Nikon or Canon preferred), minimum 17mm lens and flash.
  • Computer with Photoshop and / or Lightroom.
  • High speed Internet connection - emphasis on upload speeds.
  • Knowledge of the DC metro area.
  • Dependable vehicle to drive from property to property.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

3D Floor Plan Scan Technician

HomeVisit is building a team of 3D scan technicians to cover all areas of the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia Maryland Suburbs and Baltimore. Options include full time or part time work as well as seasonal work. The Scan Technician operates a special rotating camera on a tripod, controlled by an iPad. Job Duties

  • Scan between 1 and 4 properties per day.
  • Prepare model for upload on iPad and upload models at end of day.
  • Maintain HomeVisit standards for quality and consistency and superior customer service.

Requirements

  • Very good working knowledge of iPad / iPhone functions and apps.

After completing 2 to 3 days of training, 3D Scan Technicians will conduct scan sessions at homes for sale. All scheduling is done by HomeVisit, and emailed daily to the Technician. Scans uploaded daily from the iPad via the Internet from your most convenient location.

Lead Videographer - Part Time

HomeVisit produces digital videos of luxury homes for sale. We have a 25 foot van with a comprehensive array of digital cameras (Canon 5d Mark III), battery powered LED lighting, sliders, cranes, dolly tracks and MOVI 3-axis gyro-stabilized camera gimbal. Video shoots are completed in one day in a shoot session of 4 to 10 hours.

The Lead Videographer directs the video shoot: composing a creative shot list of the home using shot variety and equipment and camera movements. The lead Videographer directs one or two assistants and composes shots, sets lighting levels and directs the execution of all shooting.

Jobs will be offered to trained HomeVisit Lead Videographers as projects are scheduled.

Videographer - MOVI Gyro Camera Operator

HomeVisit produces digital videos of luxury homes for sale. We produce full service videos with a suite of equipment including sliders, dolly track, cranes and lighting.

This position is for a Videographer who will use a MOVI 3-axis gyroscopically stabilized camera gimbal to capture footage of homes for sale. MOVI is a revolutionary camera gimbal that allows a single operator to create a wide variety of movements with perfect stability.

Each video shoot will take 2 to 4 hours. The Videographer will sort and upload footage to Dropbox for further editing. Additional opportunities are available to qualified operators to use Final Cut to edit the video footage.

Print Production Representative

Production Team Members work directly with the top real estate brokers, agents and their assistants to help prepare print marketing materials, guiding and facilitating the process from collection of text/images, through page design and layout, to final printing on in-house digital press. Requirements
